This month’s events include:
- Imagination Squared An experiment that began months ago with a monthly critique session in a local artist’s studio has now grown beyond anyone’s imagination. The idea was make to build hundreds of small boxes for local artists to decorate. As interest grew, a few hundred boxes then turned into 2,000 boxes. Now the idea was to try and get a box into the hands of every artist in the Jacksonville area creating a huge grid to hang in MOCA. This grid will be a snapshot of Jacksonville’s imagination.
- The MOCA Store LAB Gallery Series continues with the photography of Doug Eng & Jennifer Grey.
- Liminal Collisions returns with special guests “Creep City” in a performance titled, “The Valley Only Gets Deeper From Here.” More information about “Creep City” can be found at: www.myspace.com/jasonirvin.
- Specials at Café Nola and at the MOCA Bar!
- The Museum Store will be open with an amazing variety of art, jewelry, books and more!

Art Walk is an ever-changing FREE event that features over 40 downtown venues which display works by a wide variety of visual artists. MOCA Jacksonville, Art Walk’s anchor site, hosts special guests and always a surprise or two.
